Key features of the tournament.....

Start time 10.30am
This is going to be another brutal one day event for both the Turkeys and the Chicks. 
Take part in the warmth of your home - fully dressed preferably!
And Christmas Music is mandatory - there will be random checks.

The format
  • Turkeys - 64 player knockout, with consolation. £20 entry (Optional £20 side pool) - 9pts main and 7pts consolation
  • Chicks – 64 player knockout, with consolation. £10 entry (Optional £10 side pool) -  7pts main and 5pts consolation
  • Lose your first 2 matches = entry to “Get Stuffed!” - a new 32 player (5pts) last chance saloon for both the Turkeys and Chicks to drown their sorrows
Platform
  • All matches to be played on https://heroes.backgammonstudio.com/ (Server 1 unless capacity problems - in which case  Server 3).  There will be no exceptions unless agreed by the TDs
  • The tournament will be run by email, you will receive an email from WorcesterTurkeyTourney@gmail.com with details of your next match, and you simply write/reply to that email with the result.  No need for WhatsApp!
Prizes!
  • Prize money to the main winner, runner up and semi-finalists, as well as consolation winner, runner up and the get stuffed winner.
  • Mystery* Prize for best Christmas outfit
